Email us at or leave a message describing the specific problems with your items. We will email you Repair Form. Fill out this form and include it with the gear for repair.

  1. Describe the problem or any special instructions in message section. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to us; we cover return shipping costs to get the repaired gears back to you.
  2. Before you ship the gear, it must be clean. We will not repair the dirty gear or we will send it back. No exeptions.
  3. Use flagging tape to mark every problem, on each gear. Write notes on the flagging if necessary.
  4. Ship to the address we will be provided  and use a reliable carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

Upon inspection, we will inform you of the necessary repairs, any costs associated with the repairs and an estimate of how long it will take. We will then repair your gear and send it back to you.
