RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

Effective as of 16 May 2025

At Orga, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange request.

 

1. Return Eligibility Period

1.1 Domestic Orders (Malaysia): Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

1.2 International Orders: Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

 

2. Conditions for Return

2.1 All returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, and tags still attached. Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

2.2 For items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect in size, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

 

3. Return Process and Shipping

3.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via WhatsApp or complete the Return Request Form available in our Help Center on the official website.

3.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if an exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item back to the customer.

 

4. Refund Policy

4.1 If the requested exchange item (e.g., a specific size or model) is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4.2 Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the exchange item (if applicable) will be dispatched within 2 business days.

 

5. Exceptions and Limitations

5.1 Items showing signs of wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by customer use are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.2 Orga is not responsible for lost items once the courier’s tracking system shows a “delivered” status at the customer’s provided address.
